Located in El Paso, TX. on the U.S./Mexican border the FEMAP in Cuidad Juarez provides links between the two cities and countries in order to address mutual economic and public health concerns. Your support helps FEMAP Medical Units sustain their operations and establish the groundwork for the outreach programs; Hospital de la Familia, Hospital Santa Maria, Clinica de la Familia continue to provide affordable health care for Juarez' most vulnerable population.

For the last 33 years the Pediatric Orthopeadic Clinic (inside Hospital de la Familia) has provided physical therapy and orthopeadic medical care to children from not only Cd. Juarez but the rest of the state of Chihuahua, and vecinities including the states of Coahuila, Durango, Sonora, and Sinaloa.

Established in 1990 the FEMAP School of Nursing: Making Higher Education Accessible provides the opportunity for the poorest people to study and become healthcare professionals. Thanks to your continuous support the New FEMAP School of Nursing will increase the number of healthcare professional students to address the shortage that our region faces.

FEMAP implement Community Outreach programs that are possible thanks to funding from foundations, individual donors, and corporations through the FEMAP Foundation. To make a significant impact, we need to start with our future Children & Youth, the programs that FEMAP dedicates to the youngsters include ValorArte para Niñas y Niños, En Sexualidad tu Tienes la Palabra, FEMAP en Conexion-Vinculacion Juvenil, Promoting Healthy Lifestyle in Children.

Thanks to your continuos support FEMAP helps vulnerable population reach health resiliance and economic sustainability with Health Promotion & Education, Promotoras de Salud Comunitarias, Economic Development. Your support helps us extend the reach of the health services we provide our community with the help of our Mobile Medical Unit and by Responding to TB along the U.S.-Mexico Border.
